You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are purchasing our formulations for personal topical aesthetic application or gifting.
Legal Capacity
If you access our boutique on behalf of an enterprise, aesthetic spa, or medical wellness entity, you represent and warrant that you hold full corporate authority to bind that entity to these provisions.
Cellular Formulations, Small-Batch Variance & Botanical Purity
Luerist formulations are compounded in small, artisanal batches utilizing unrefined, cold-pressed bioactive lipids, alpine botanical extracts, and bioactive peptides. Because we omit artificial colorants, synthetic fragrance masking agents, and harsh chemical stabilizers, subtle variations in natural scent, viscosity, and amber hue may occur across harvest seasons.
These micro-variations reflect the pure botanical provenance of our ingredients and have zero impact on clinical bio-efficacy or stability.
Botanical Vintage Variations
A shift in deeper golden hue between winter and summer batches is the hallmark of genuine cold-pressed botanical harvests. We provide certificate of analysis batch IDs with every bottle.
Order Placement, Pricing & Secure Payment Verification
All orders submitted through the boutique are subject to acceptance and real-time inventory validation. We reserve the explicit right to decline or cancel any order if fraudulent telemetry, inventory discrepancies, or pricing glitches arise.
Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or your automatically localized currency, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as designated at checkout. Payment must be satisfied in full via authorized credit cards, digital wallets, or recognized instalment gateways before cold-chain dispatch.

Commercial Resale, Anti-Diversion & Counterfeit Protection
To safeguard consumer health and ensure strict cold-chain botanical efficacy, Luerist products are sold exclusively through authorized direct-to-consumer channels and vetted dermatological clinics.
Purchasing products for resale, wholesale export, unauthorized marketplace listing (including Amazon, eBay, or third-party storefronts), or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without an executed Master Distribution Agreement.
Anti-Diversion Order Thresholds
Orders exceeding six (6) units of the same SKU will undergo secondary compliance review and may be cancelled to protect inventory integrity and prevent commercial diversion.
Proprietary Lipids, Patents & Intellectual Property Rights
The Luerist wordmark, logotypes, patented packaging geometry, bespoke glass flacons, formulation nomenclature, website typography, imagery, and proprietary lipid delivery vectors are protected under global trademark, copyright, and patent laws.
No content, text, photographic artwork, or technical specifications from this site may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, scraped, or modified without prior written authorization from Luerist Labs.
Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers
Except where expressly stated otherwise, our products and digital services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' foundation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luerist disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through confidential binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in a court of general jurisdiction.
