Because our formulas utilize potent natural bio-actives, cold-pressed seed oils, and botanical extracts without synthetic buffering diluents, all clients MUST conduct a patch test prior to full facial application:
Layering Active Formulations
When integrating a new Luerist active (such as our Cellular Face Serum) into an existing skincare regimen, introduce it every third evening for the first two weeks before graduating to daily usage.
- Step 1: Dispense a single micro-drop (0.05 ml) onto clean, dry skin on your inner forearm or behind the earlobe.
- Step 2: Allow the formulation to absorb completely without washing the area for twenty-four (24) hours.
- Step 3: Monitor for signs of erythema (redness), itching, burning, tingling, or papular swelling.
- Step 4: If no reaction occurs after 24 hours, proceed with facial application as directed. If irritation appears, rinse with cool water immediately and do not apply to face.
Pregnancy, Nursing & Medical Precautions
While our formulations avoid synthetic parabens, phthalates, artificial perfumes, and formaldehydes, certain potent botanical compounds (including botanical retinoid alternatives, willow bark-derived salicins, and concentrated essential lipids) should be evaluated by your obstetrician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
